You are armed with the most effective weapon against crime.  By taking the time to familiarize yourself with crime prevention tips, you can help the police to make The Bahamas an even safer place to live.  We have provided questions and answers on the most common types of crimes and how they happen.  For instance, you will learn the target of most crime is property and not people.  There are a tremendous amount of crimes that are not well planned which are committed on the “spur of the moment” when a criminal sees an opportunity.
