Retired Superintendent  Errington Rahming Chairman

 

The Royal Bahamas Police Force Retired Officers Association commenced negotiations in October 2003 in an effort to build a closer relationship between retired officers and the police force. 

The first meeting was held on October 30, 2003, when committee members met with the Commissioner of Police, Mr. Paul Farquharson who gave them their purpose which included assisting the Police Force whenever it is needed, building a closer bond between retired officers, visiting those who are sick and disabled, liaise with other associations, provide death and other benefits for members in the framework of its finances provided the person is financially up to date, and to make representation to government affecting the welfare of its members.  The committee members include:  Mr. Errington Rahming, President; Mr. Loucius Weech, Vice President; Mrs. Alladyce Strachan, Secretary; Mrs. Willamae Toote, Assistant Secretary; Mr. Arthur Yearwood, Treasurer; Mr. Granville Antonio, Assistant Treasurer and Mr. Conrad Sweeting, Welfare.
